First pacifier after 2.5 years old

Finally we got her a pacifier so she can stop craving for breast milk at night. She was told to suck on it so i can take some pictures.

But she prefer to do some balancing act rather than sucking it.

Finally she is tired playing with it.
Balancing it on top of my lens cover is not easy.

Then she found out another new way to play with it. This is what happen when we introduced her pacifier at 2.5 years old.

Another photo sessions after that.

Bye bye Ms D

My letter to Ms D.

I started dating u, Ms.Different about 9 years ago. I choose u, becoz i believe u are "different" and will never "disappoint" me. Yes, in these years, u never dissappoint me. You always came out with exciting plans and interesting offers. You are indeed the best when we were together in KL. But the world is changing fast, after i had been posted to Teluk Intan, it seems like you dont want to leave KL.

So, goodbye, D, I had no choice but to leave u and change to Ms. Hot. Even though i dont like Ms Hot's father AK-47.

I know our relationship wont last, especially when i saw Ms I4. Ms Hot doesnt mind even i get hold of Ms I4 but u, u gave me an ultimatum, either I4 or u.

I tried to salvaged this relationship by giving us around one month of cooling period, to see if u were able go along with I4 here. Yet i dont see any progress in it. Good bye. I will change my phone operator, so dont bother to call me. It is already too late.

(After 4 years of non 3G or EDGE coverage in Teluk Intan, i am tired of waiting. Even Hutan Melintang has EDGE) Bye Digi.

Reply from Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society

PHARMACY DEGREE EDUCATION ENTRY LEVEL
Pic from Dailymail.co.uk

Lately there was a couple of letters that appeared in the newspaper about some students who entered in the Diploma in Pharmacy education with the hope, and in the newspaper they said they were promised, that if their CPD is 3.5 they will be eligible to gain entry into a Pharmacy degree program.

               B) Article 2

Comment:
Obtaining the require CPGA is not the sole criteria for the selection.  There are other criteria and that would include the subjects taken. For example one of the University twinning program here require:
• that Chemistry is a compulsory subject together with 2 others one of which must be a science subject such as Biology, Mathematics or Physics.
• Candidates with STPM will need minimum grades of AAB+ in Chemistry and two other science subjects/Mathematics. General paper is not acceptable.

On cPGA, it is learnt that the Pharmacy Board stipulated a minimum cGPA 3.8 for a Diploma in Science (that includes Diploma in Pharmacy) entry qualification.  This guideline has been more than 3 years now.  It has not been raised from 3.5 to 3.8, ie it has always been 3.8

In the past one year some 'concerned pharmacists" had informed the MPS on the way the Pharmacy degree and diploma program are being advertised in the newspaper and in some instances the MPS contacted the institution concerned seeking them to reword their advertisement in order not  to disappoint students when they graduate. For example over the last one year the MPS had written to 2 institutions to seek their co-operation to tone down their promotion of Diploma in Pharmacy where they advertise that the Diploma graduate can design drugs and dispense medicines, go for ward rounds, and conduct research.

Ask the pharmacist

1) I would advise the students to go for A levels than wasting their time pursuing Diploma in Pharmacy. Diploma and Degree level is totally different level. A level is one year, why bother to waste 3 years in Diploma?
2) I agree the entry qualifications a bit high nowadays. But with so many SPM straight As students, the gov somehow to to filter the best right among them right?
3) Even if we choose to pay to study in private universities also need AAB+ in science subjects. STPM AAB+, wow that was tough!
